The Off-Site Virtual Instruction Form, which was adopted by our school board on September 1, can be accessed by clicking on the links below. You can also obtain a hard copy of this form at the Colleton County School District Office (500 Forest Circle, Walterboro) or at Forest Hills Elementary.
The form’s intent is to ensure that parents recognize that they can choose to opt-out of face-to-face instruction and remain virtual, and that they acknowledge the requirements that need to be met as their student participates in virtual learning. The deadline for submitting this document is October 16. Completed forms can be turned in at the district office or at your child’s school.
