Colleton County First Responders invites you to their National Night Out on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 from 6pm to 8pm. This is a great way to meet your local first responders. This is a free event and they will have food, vendors, games and more.

The Colleton County High School Band of Blue Booster Club will host the 2025 Walterboro Band Classic at Cougar Stadium in Walterboro, SC, on September 27, 2025. This will be our 48th year hosting the classic. Judges this year are Martin Dickey, David O'Shields, Ken Turner, Nikki Crawford, Randy Grantham and Jason Johnson.

On September 16, 2025, Colleton County School District had the great honor of recognizing the Office of Transportation for their hard work and dedication to the safety of transporting our students to and from school. Our transportation department is a vital part of our school district, and we thank the team for all they do.

We also had the pleasure of recognizing our students for the month of September. The Colleton County Middle School Robotics Team and the Northside Elementary Safety Patrol greeted our guests and read the mission statement for the Regular Board meeting. We congratulate and thank each of the staff and students for a job well done.
